De distributieovereenkomst is dus uitgebreid naar een vertegenwoordigingsovereenkomst.
‘Deze overeenkomst houdt in dat we de Duitse distributeur GTI technisch bijstaan in het aanpassen van onze two-speed technologie voor de Duitse markt’, legt Antonov-commissaris Jos Haag uit in Het Financieele Dagblad. Met de two-speed technologie kan bijvoorbeeld de airconditioning in auto’s beter worden aangestuurd. Antonov ontvangt vanaf 2009 maandelijks twintigduizend euro voor de technische ondersteuning.
Haag spreekt nog niet van een doorbraak.’Dan zouden we de technologie daadwerkelijk moeten introduceren. Dat is op dit moment nog niet het geval.’ Op welke termijn de implementatie wel plaatsvindt, zegt Antonov niet. Op de Amsterdamse beurs blijft het aandeel Antonov gelijk op 19 eurocent (16 december 2008). Zie ook: Antonov heeft Chinese deal.
